Before you hire anyone

What people worry about, answered.

“I will end up managing five vendors.”

One team designs and builds, from the first drawing to the final handover.

“It will not look like the pictures.”

You see each room in 3D before it is built. The site team builds what was drawn.

“Who do I call when something comes up?”

One number to call, for the whole project.

“Will my home end up all over the internet?”

Many of our clients ask that their homes stay private, so we show the work rather than the address.

Client stories

Homes that speak for themselves.

“We had a vision — and Intrici went far beyond it. Every material, every proportion, every finish was considered with an obsessive attention to detail we had never experienced with any design firm. Our home is now something we are genuinely proud to share.”
Meera & Vikram KhannaGolf Course Road, Gurugram · 4,800 sq ft Residence

“The 3D renders at the design stage gave us complete confidence before a single wall was touched. What was delivered matched the renders exactly — and somehow felt even better in person.”
Rahul MalhotraDLF Phase V · Penthouse

“What set Intrici apart was how they listened — not just to what we wanted, but to how we actually live. The result is a home that is beautiful but also deeply functional for our family.”
Priya & Arjun SharmaSector 54 · 3,600 sq ft Villa

“Timelines were respected. The budget was managed honestly. And the final space was extraordinary. I have recommended Intrici to three friends already — and I rarely recommend anyone.”
